How it works
If you are interested in using our services, we begin with an initial consultation. We will discuss what your needs are and what is required for your site, along with budget and design. Afterward, we put together a written quote for your job - which includes all the details of the work to be done for your site.
If you're happy with our quote and ready to move forward - we ask for a retainer fee to begin the work.
For smaller sites, we ask for a 50% retainer fee and the balance is to be paid upon completion.
For larger sites, we ask for a 33% percent retainer fee to start, another 33% payment 1/2 through the project and the balance to be paid upon completion.
And just to note: When we say, "upon completion" we mean your site is complete and running and you (and/or your staff) have been trained to use Joomla.
